At the end of May, an international exhibition of modern art was held in Tokyo where Anastasia Schipanova presented some of her signature paintings.
Collectors, experts, art enthusiast and even random visitors gravitated towards her abstract works, amazed by her one-of-a-kind techniques and colour solutions. The coexistence of two opposing elements in “Fire and Water” elicited the lively response of the sensitive Japanese audience, while “Space” drowned the viewers in the infinite tranquility of the starry abyss. All together, more than fifty artists from all over the world brought their works to share their view of the urgent themes and problems vexing modern society.
The exhibition at the cultural and business hub of Shibuya Hikarie was attended by more than 2000 people in just two days.
